Evoke Wellness is happy to offer yoga classes in the Monkey Junction area of Wilmington, NC! All are welcome! No prior experience or knowledge of yoga is necessary. Mats are available if needed. Our class schedule is:

Monday - 7:00am - Power Flow
Wednesday - 5:30pm - Power Flow
Thursday - 6:00pm - Slow Flow
Friday - 9:00am - Yin Yoga
Saturday - 10:00am - Gentle Flow
Sunday - 9:00am & 10:30am - Vinyasa Flow

We love this monthly group that helps bring people together to share their experiences, thoughts, and feelings!
