Stress isn’t always as obvious as we think… Sometimes it’s not just the big things—it’s the everyday habits and patterns that quietly add up.
Here are a few commonly overlooked stressors that could be affecting you:
• Always being “on” - constant screen time and notifications can keep your mind in overdrive. Try unplugging for a short time to reset.
• Ignoring food sensitivities - digestive issues, headaches, or skin flare-ups can sometimes be linked to what you’re eating.
• Being too hard on yourself - if your inner voice is always critical, that adds up. Give yourself the same grace you’d give someone else.
• Holding onto difficult relationships - if someone consistently brings tension into your life, it may be worth reevaluating that dynamic.
It’s also helpful to pause and check in with your daily habits:
✔ Am I getting enough sleep?
✔ Am I moving my body regularly?
✔ Am I staying hydrated and eating nourishing foods?
✔ Am I overdoing caffeine, sugar, or alcohol?
If you’re answering “no” to a few of these, it might be your body’s way of asking for a reset. Small, intentional changes can go a long way in helping you feel more balanced and less overwhelmed.
