🔥 How to do Fire Hydrants correctly:
1️⃣ Start on all fours (hands under shoulders, knees under hips)
2️⃣ Brace your core and keep your spine neutral
3️⃣ Slowly lift one knee out to the side
4️⃣ Keep hips level — don’t twist or arch
5️⃣ Lower with control

👉 10–15 reps per side, 2–3 sets
