Joanna Graves is a lifelong athlete and instructor with over 30 years of experience in health, wellness, and education.

Her approach blends strength training, evidence-based nutrition, and inclusive programming, with a focus on women’s health, aging well, and sustainable fitness.

Outside of her work, Joanna loves spending time with her family and dog, being at the beach, and staying active through tennis, golf, ice hockey, and other outdoor adventures.

Meet our newest team trainer Karlee🙏

Hi! I’m Karlee, and I’m so excited to be part of the Fitness Zone community.

I’m a personal trainer, stretch and flexibility specialist, nutrition coach, and dance instructor, and I completed my 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification in Bali.

I love leading fun, supportive group classes that focus on strength, mobility, and movement that helps you feel good in everyday life.

My goal is to create an encouraging, upbeat environment where everyone feels welcome, capable, and excited to move. I can’t wait to share my passion for fitness with you!
