Our patient H.C. came to Coral Springs for rehabilitation after a fall and serious medical complications. With personalized therapy plans from our physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology teams, and through her own hard work, H.C. made remarkable progress. She successfully achieved her goals and was able to return home safely and confidently!
