Israel felt vulnerable, waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to see clearly. With a wife and two dogs to look after, that was a big deal for him. Headphones and glasses don't mix. For Randy, local comedian and DJ at Modern Rock 98.7, that was one of the benefits to having LASIK; not having his glasses pushed against his scalp by his headphones. Being able to wake up and see clearly was also a huge benefit post-LASIK.
