As a certified yoga, meditation, and Tai Chi instructor, Victoria has taught gentle yoga, Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, and mindfulness practices. Her background includes working with the Area Agency on Aging in Northern Arizona to develop and lead enrichment programming for older adults, and with a NC regional library system to create community programs for older adults centered on lifelong engagement- both designing programming that emphasizes mind-body balance and empowers adults to move and live well! She is also trained to support individuals and families through major life transitions, providing compassionate life review and meaning-making practices. She is excited to bring past work experiences, paired with her kind, warm, and compassionate spirit, to the Healthy Seniors PT team!
Originally from Arizona, Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, gardening, and writing poetry. She devotes time to studying sacred texts as a way of understanding philosophy, culture, and the human experience.
