United Medical Accountable Care Organization held its last quarterly in-person provider meeting for 2025 on October 7 and 9 at the Hilton Garden Inn Dover for Kent and Sussex Counties, and the DuPont Country Club for the New Castle County.

Our discussions highlighted the incredible progress our ACO practices continue to achieve:
- The upcoming technology refresh from Oracle Health, unveiled in Orlando, which focuses on “supercharging” healthcare through an AI-centric EHR designed to reduce provider stress and elevate patient care.
- Continued improvement in blood pressure control and chronic disease management, key indicators of better long-term outcomes.
- Active participation in value-based contracts with Aetna, Highmark, and AmeriHealth Caritas, each showing measurable progress in cost efficiency and patient engagement.

As we enter the final quarter of 2025, we’re proud of how far our network has come, our numbers have truly skyrocketed over the past 5 years, but the impact we’re making on patient lives is priceless.
