Calling all teens (and parents of teens)!

We’re now enrolling our second round of our Teen Support Group starting September 2nd at Embark!

This in-person group is for teens ages 11–16 who want a space to talk about what they’re going through, feel supported by others who get it, and learn tools to cope with anxiety, stress, and tough emotions.

It’s a mix of conversation, peer support, and helpful skills - with licensed therapist Clare Rolquin guiding the group (and yes, Molly the therapy dog will be there too 🐾).

Tuesdays | 5–6 PM | $40 per session
8 weeks | Max of 7 teens
We currently have 4 spots left!
