🧠 Position: Clinician (LPC, LPCMH, LCSW)

📍 Delaware
🕒 Full-Time (with flexibility depending on role)

🔹 What You’ll Do
• Provide individual and group therapy for clients in PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate evidence-based groups (CBT, DBT, relapse prevention, coping skills)
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client success
• Help foster a strong recovery community and culture

🔹 Qualifications
• Active Delaware license: LPC, LPCMH, or LCSW (required)
• Experience in substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment preferred
• Strong understanding of co-occurring disorders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience with EMR systems (KIPU preferred, but not required)
