My favorite way to take a break while at home is to take a lap around our yard - enjoying the flowers in the garden! Fresh air, sunlight and getting some steps in are all good for your physical and mental health.

Final excursion in Thailand: Sanctuary of Truth in Pattaya. A temple still under construction - all hand carved wooden structures and figures, displaying ideal societies and tenants of life. I couldn’t help but to zoom in on the aspects surrounding the importance of family and support the mother, children and parents as the life cycle progresses!

Dr. Holly is currently traveling back, and is expected to be back in the U.S. tomorrow!

It was a gorgeous week full of meetings, seeing friends and colleagues from around the globe, delicious food, beautiful spring flowers, social events, workshops & keynote presentations from “giants” in our profession.

Oh, Monday. A beautifully sunny day, with a yellow breeze (it’s pollination season).

It’s finally spring and our schedules are kicking into high gear — kiddo sports, community events & festivals, conference travel and summer vacation plans.

It feels like a great day to spread some positivity, despite the continued uncertainty and hardships for so many around us.

Just putting this out there to say hello 👋

Not pictured:
-the coffee spilled down my shirt & pants
-the lost wallet we’ve turned the house upside down in search of
-the handful of no-show and cancellations today
-the rib pain I battled all night 😵‍💫

Taking it all day-by-day — aiming to be as present as possible with all my patient encounters, leading with empathy on so many levels! We are all human. And Monday comes around every week.
