You know, I didn’t set out to create a whole different kind of hypnosis. It just occurred due to a series of happy accidents! 😜
I came from the clinical world with an academic background in Applied Psychology, trained in evidence-based hypnotherapy. Logical. Measurable. Rooted in the nervous system and behavioral science.
And then something started happening that I just couldn’t ignore. 🤔
My clients, while in trance, started having some pretty interesting 𝓶𝓮𝓽𝓪𝓹𝓱𝔂𝓼𝓲𝓬𝓪𝓵 experiences. Not just emotional catharsis, transformational breakthroughs and rewiring of neural pathways.
But things I couldn’t explain away. Neither could they.
✨ Spontaneous glimpses of past lives (not prompted), sometimes even speaking a foreign language they didn’t consciously know.
✨ Encounters with what they described as parallel lifetimes and oversouls.
✨ Conversations with departed loved ones, and spirit guides, ancestors, and other beings of light. (Oh, and more and more, communication with beings from elsewhere…👽.)
✨ Negative entity evictions. 😬
It would’ve been easy to brush it off as “imagination.” But it’s not my right to dismiss my clients experiences just because I didn’t quite understand them at the time. Plus, the healing was real. The transformation was real. The evidence was undeniable.
And then… it started happening to me too. 🤯
Through sessions of my own, I began receiving clear downloads from what I now call my Highest Self. She showed me how to seamlessly weave clinical hypnotherapy with spiritual hypnosis using multidimensional frameworks.
Not in a “woo woo” way that bypasses the science-
but in a grounded, ethical, incredibly effective way that honors both the nervous system and the soul!
And here’s where it gets wild:
During a series of regressions, I saw clearly that I’ve been doing this same kind of work- this exact same kind of work- for multiple lifetimes. Long before recorded human history. It’s anchored deep in my in my own spirit…
