There are some hypnosis sessions that feel like reprogramming and rewiring… and then there are some that feel like you accidentally opened a door at the bottom of the ocean and something beyond ancient looked right back .

This was one of those.

A client came to me for anxiety. The kind that floods the body, hijacks sleep, keeps the nervous system stuck guarding a threat that never quite arrives.

So we did what I always do. No assumptions. No story imposed. Just go into a trance state and ask the aspects of her multidimensional consciousness that had the answers.

And it didn’t take us into her childhood… or even this lifetime.

It took us to the lost continent of Atlantis.

She found herself standing at the edge of a civilization about to fall, in the body of a man who knew it was coming… and didn’t want to be part of it. There was war. There was guilt. There was a sense of failing something bigger than themself.

And then suddenly another layer of her consciousness came forward and said:

“You don’t need to keep suffering to try to make things right.”

That the loop she was stuck in wasn’t karmic in nature… it was identification with guilt. A pattern so convincing, it had followed her across lifetimes.

“How many?”, I asked my client.
“Hundreds…at least!”, she responded.

So we did the work where it actually lives. Not arguing with her story or trying to prove or disprove Atlantis, reincarnation or any of that. This was MY CLIENTS experience, and I do not have the right to guide her into it or interpret it for her. My job is merely to hold a safe space for exploration without judgment, and ask non-leading questions. And also helping her nervous system release the need to carry it.

Because I don’t find spiritual hypnotherapy very useful unless it can also clinically address current life issues. By the same token, I don’t find purely clinical hypnotherapy very effective if it can’t be open minded enough to let whatever needs to unfold fit the client do so without dismissing it as “imaginary” (that’s not creating a very safe space, imo).

Anyway, we worked with different states, untangled old patterns and let her choose new, more resourceful responses. Then we anchored those in.

She found a different way of relating to what she feels… so she could observe it without absorbing it.

It doesn’t matter whether reincarnation is real. Whether Atlantis is proveable or Reptilians exist.

Your clients mind will give them exactly the story they need to release, acquire , understand and transform whatever is in their highest good.

And if you know how to work with it instead of against it…then they don’t have to stay stuck in the loop.

That’s what I teach inside Quantum Journeys Hypnosis™ Academy.

But how to meet the clients multidimensional consciousness wherever it goes… whether that’s a childhood memory, a belief system, canceling soul contracts in the Akashic records, or the literal end of Atlantis… and still know how to guide someone safely back to regulation, clarity, and self-trust.

There’s something about the Change Work (hypnosis, hypnotherapy, NLP, etc) industry that I wish someone had been more honest with me about from the beginning.

Launching, and scaling.

Getting certified is one thing, but building an actual business is something else entirely!!!

Most hypnosis trainings do a great job teaching you the work itself. You learn the techniques, you practice the sessions, you earn the certification, and then you’re done. And by “done,” I mean you’re suddenly on your own trying to figure out how to turn that certification into something real. Into a calendar of bookings and the ability to pay your bills.

That usually looks like trying to piece together your niche, your messaging, your website, your funnels, your scheduling, your payments, and your client flow, all while second-guessing yourself because you’ve never been shown how this part actually works.

It’s a lot, and it’s the exact place where so many talented practitioners stall out, not because they aren’t good at what they do, but because no one built them a bridge into the business side of it.
