If the universe is conscious, what does that make us?

(An observation from my Quantum Journeys Hypnosis™ sessions)

To put it really succinctly:

if everything in the universe arose from a single consciousness — what some might call God, the Unified Field, or simply Source (GUS for short 😉) — and we’re all creations within that mind,

then by definition, we’re part of it. 🥰

Nothing exists that’s separate from it. 🤷‍♀️

That’s not belief. That’s just observation.

Quantum field theory tells us that every particle and atom is a ripple of one continuous field — meaning nothing actually stands alone. What we call matter is energy behaving in patterns, and consciousness appears to be the quiet architect behind it all.

Tesla said, “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.” And Schrödinger wrote, “The total number of minds in the universe is one.”

It makes you wonder — maybe consciousness isn’t in us; maybe we’re in consciousness.

Maybe thought itself is the universe thinking through us. I find it fascinating that physicists like Bohr, Schrödinger, and Oppenheimer were all circling the same mystery almost 100 years ago — that behind all our measuring instruments was something participatory and alive.

Oppenheimer even said that what they found wasn’t an objective reality, but “a framework of relationships.”

Let that sink in a bit. ☺️

That would mean that every coherent signal we send — every thought, emotion, or focused intention — ripples through that same field and reorganizes reality around it.

Not as magic, but as relationship.

Maybe it’s all one grand, conversation the universe is having with itself…and we are all just fractals within that vast field of consciousness.

✨ Manifestation Without the Woo — The Science and Frequency of Focus ✨

Most people think “manifesting” is a mystical process — something that happens to you rather than through you.

But what if the so-called Law of Attraction actually shares its roots with Confirmation Bias (sociology) and your Reticular Activating System (neuroscience)?

In truth, these three concepts describe the same mechanism — each from a different lens.

Your focus tells your brain what to filter for.

Your emotion amplifies what you notice.

Your frequency — the subtle energetic signature you emit — influences how people and opportunities respond to you.

And that frequency piece, once considered purely “woo,” is now measurable.

Infrared thermography can detect emotional temperature shifts in the human body, showing that energy and emotion are inseparable from physiology.

Here’s a simple example:

If your old car keeps breaking down and you’re constantly frustrated, your brain begins to expect more problems — and that’s all it sees. Every new issue confirms what you already believe.

Meanwhile, possible solutions — a great trade-in deal, a friend selling their car, an unexpected check — pass unnoticed because your mind isn’t tuned to that frequency.

💡 To put it another way: glimmers live right next to triggers.

For every irritation, there’s something to appreciate — running water, good coffee, time to yourself, or someone who genuinely cares.

When you start noticing those glimmers, your nervous system calms, your energy lifts, and your brain starts scanning for more of what feels good. The result? A real, physiological shift in perception and possibility.

So yes — you can call it the Law of Attraction if that resonates, or you can call it attention training and emotional regulation. Either way, the outcome is the same:

You find what you’re looking for.
