I’m excited to share a new weekly schedule designed to better support your healing and create space for balance and longevity in my own practice.

🗓️ New Hours Starting July
✅ Mon – 10am–6pm
✅ Tue – 11am–7pm
❌ Wed – Closed (time to recharge & go fish 🎣)
✅ Thu – 12pm–8pm
✅ Fri – 10am–6pm
✅ Sat – 9am–1pm
❌ Sun – Closed

✨ Plus: I’ll be taking one long weekend each month to stay fresh and focused—because great bodywork requires a healthy therapist too.

Great News: We Now Accept HSA/FSA Cards!

I wanted to reach out with an important update that can make your next appointment even easier on the wallet.
We’ve fixed an issue with our payment system—HSA/FSA cards now work seamlessly! If you tried to book before and your card was declined, it was due to an incorrect business code. We’ve corrected that, so you can finally use those pre-tax funds toward your treatments.

I got to spend the weekend working with the runners of the The Parkway Subaru Battleship NC Half Marathon With the Expo being held at Aloft Hotels in Downtown Wilmington and the Race on Sunday (Where I volunteered my services) . Over 2000 participants for the 5K, 10K and half marathon. It was a chilly morning with lots of runners and lots of excitement. Shout out to Paradigm Performance Therapy and Dr Rock and Dr Emma from Avance Care for their participation.
