Seeking Serenity, LLC is a structured halfway home for women choosing to live a life without drugs and alcohol.

The program is twelve-step focused and the women attend local meetings in the community.

Sending a huge THANK YOU to our special friend Teresa for gifting the ladies the most thoughtful presents for the holiday! They especially loved the homemade pillow cases!! The ladiea also wnjoyed a homemade dinner and goodie bags from Pine Valley Church, delivered by some special helpers!! Tonight we laughed together and are so grateful to spend the holiday season living a life of sobriety!! ❤️

Last night the ladies of Seeking Serenity received beautiful handmade surprises from our friend Teresa! She has created gorgeous gifts for the ladies over the past several years to bring a smile to them over the holidays! The ladies also found out that Ellie and Lew once again put together a comedy fundraiser this year to help with their rent the week of Christmas! They were able to collect enough funds to pay a full week of rent for each lady!!! Thank you to these AMAZING humans for their kindness and love!! ♥️

It’s has been one whole week since we lost our sweet Rebecca to a tragic car accident. She has been with Seeking Serenity since she got out of treatment last year and was loved by everyone she met. Rebecca recently picked up her one year of sobriety and was still rocking her recovery strong until she took her last breath! The ladies put an ornament on the tree this week in her honor! These other photos were taken with her a few weeks ago while they all decorated for the holidays. We love you Rebecca and miss you dearly!!! ♥️♥️

We are so proud of our house manager Patrick Stephanie!!! She graduated today from Cape Fear Community College! Stephanie has worked full-time, attended school full-time, participated in 12-step program commitments, and continued to be dedicated to her own personal recovery program throughout this whole process! Stephanie you are a shining star, and it is an honor to watch you grow!! ♥️

This lady right here has THREE years sober/clean and we are all so INCREDIBLY proud of her!!!! Michele goes above and beyond not only in our homes but also in the recovery community here in Wilmington! She is constantly helping others, no matter what! She has been a HUGE asset to the women at Seeking Serenity over these last 3 years! We are so GRATEFUL for her! We LOVE you Michele!! CONGRATULATIONS and thank you for all you do!! ♥️
