If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify Tidal Aesthetics at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged 50% of the service you were to receive. 100% cost of the scheduled service will be charged for a cancellation within 12 hours of the appointment or for a no show/no call.

* A late arrival resulting in a delayed start to your scheduled service will reduce the length of your treatment, lessening it’s effectiveness and your experience. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not inconvenienced and the full value of your treatment will still be charged.

* A form of payment is required to reserve your appointment(s). Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

* Social media messages are not accepted as cancellation/adjustment requests.

Due to inflation and ongoing health issues in the family, I am no longer able to justify keeping the doors to Tidal Aesthetics open.

It has been an honor to serve so many of you and help you with your skincare needs. I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with each of you and for the endless support you've shown me through the years.

This spa has been so much more than a job for me. It was the lifeline I needed during the most difficult time I've ever experienced, and I was blessed with amazing clients who not only allowed me into your lives, but who touched my life with your compassion and love. For that I will forever hold a place in my heart for each and every one of you!

I am a firm believer that life happens for us, not to us, and see these past 3 years as a gift that gave me SO MUCH! I hope I was able to have a positive impact in your world as well, but I'm being pulled in a different direction and who am I to deny the Bigger Plan? So I'm shutting the doors and walking forward in faith that all of this is leading me down a path that will better serve my son and me moving forward.
