Why do we continue to support BIG business and not our local businesses. So tired of non Healthcare entities, who do not have a license to practice medicine get away with dictating medical care. Example: Walgreens and Walmart REFUSE to fill prescriptions written by Nurse Practitioners in FULL practice authority states. What about the local pharmacy in town, oh they closed why? Because you didnt use them you chose Walmart. Why aren't we educating our patients about this? Because it takes time, it's more convenient, blah blah blah. And why aren't we questioning how Insurance companies who do not have a license to practice medicine can dictate medical care 🤔. Why aren't we questioning the insurance companies profits instead of complaining the rates are too high. And why aren't we educating our patients that alot of services and medications are CHEAPER if you elect to PAY CASH and not use insurance. Again things that make you go hum 🤔.
