Foundations 4 Function Pediatric Physical Therapy Foundations 4 Function is a well established outpatient physical therapy clinic for kids only!

We share our space with amazing speech therapists and work closely with fantastic occupational therapists at other locations. Austin and Renee treat kiddos in the clinic while Katie sees little ones at home. We provide sensory based therapy that focuses on your little one's gross motor skills such as sitting, crawling, walking, and running. Come join us for some fun where work is cleverly disguised as play!
