Providing prenatal, birthing and postpartum support and a full range of placenta services. "Doula" is the Greek word for female servant.

A doula serves the pregnant, laboring and postpartum woman by providing information and physical and emotional comfort and support. My hope is to empower women and their partners to have the positive birthing experience they want, whether in a home, birth center or hospital setting.

Normalize "extended" breastfeeding 💞🤱 the birth center has always been there for me every step of the way when I've needed support, a boost in my supply, or just some solidarity from other moms in how long and sometimes frustrating this journey can be. Wednesday marks 4 years of breastfeeding (even while pregnant with Viv) for me, and I feel so lucky. 💞 I have to say, that was my first breastfeeding fist bump, though 😆
