Good morning everybody! Just wanted to come on here and make an announcement.
1) If you send us expired, opened, stained, smoked damaged, or disgusting boxes with blood on them, you WILL NOT be paid and your items WILL NOT be returned to you.
2) If you have tried to call us and we did not answer the phone, send us an email to info@valuecgm.com - we have a high volume of phone calls that come in and cannot answer every single call.
3) DO NOT call back to back to back to back to back (you get the point)
4) Once we have finished processing packages and paying customers for the day, we go home. So if you call after 3:00 - 3:30PM, chances are we are home for the day and you need to send us an email for assistance (if you listen to the voicemail, we provided this information)
5) Due to an enormous amount of spam coming through the “contact us” form on the website, all messages through that portal automatically get flagged and sent to spam. Email us directly at info@valuecgm.com - (we are working on this issue)
6) last, but not least, we are aware that there is an ongoing issue with customers not receiving checks. For this reason, we are removing payment by check from our payment methods. Please download cashapp, Venmo, and PayPal. We are limited to how much money can be sent through cashapp and Venmo every month, so having multiple payment methods available will ensure speedy payment for all of our wonderful customers!
