We have a community here at TYL, with the BIGGEST hearts. Thank you all for donating goods to the Wilmington food pantry. You can still bring items in until the end of October!! The bin is located under the coat rack in the hallway going to stairs. (Left of the entrance to stairs) food insecurity is something no one should have to go through. Every little bit helps those that are in need.

“Seva” is a core practice of Karma Yoga. It means “selfless service” it involves performing selfless acts of kindness, service, or charity without expectation of reward, recognition, or reciprocation. But we would like to recognize you and thank you for your generosity. Keep paying it forward 💕

We are still collecting food items (bin located in hallway by coat rack) for the Wilmington food pantry until the end of this month. Please bring what you can when coming to class if you are able to do so. The community will be so grateful. ☺️ we are also still collecting donations for the breast cancer fund through October - going to a local origination . Venmo Teresa-Castellano-3 or you can bring cash to your teacher to add to the donation envelope. ✉️

Our last Thai Yoga/slow flow class led by Bea and Tina raised 610.00 for the Wilmington food pantry! WOW- our students have the BIGGEST hearts 💕 thank you all so much for your generosity. And thank you so much to Bea and Tina for giving your time to raise funds for our community 💕

We will continue to keep the donations flowing in the form of shelf stable goods, which you can bring with you to class and place in our basket in the lobby/ hallway to the stairs.

☑️brownie, cake mix, frosting
☑️Rice, pasta, tomato sauce
☑️Boxed stuffing, instant potatoes
