Workshop reminder! Our January wellness workshop is happening January 21st (11:00 AM–12:30 PM) at the Going Beyond the Pink office.

This workshop is a chance to pause, reflect on the past year, and move forward with intention. We’ll explore self-care planning, fatigue management, and ways to strengthen community support, while creating a personal vision for the year ahead.

Grab the mic and sing for a cause!

Our friends at Brunswick Beer XChange - BBX-Bottle Shoppe are hosting Karaoke for Cancer, a fun night supporting Going Beyond the Pink. For just $2 per song (or 3 for $5), you can belt out your favorite tunes while helping provide support, education, and resources for those impacted by breast cancer.

Come early and enjoy Taste N Seize from 5–8 PM, karaoke at 7, then stick around for music, laughs, and community—all for a meaningful cause.

Flu season is here, and it’s especially important for breast cancer patients to be cautious. Treatments can lower the immune system, making it easier to get sick. Protect yourself by getting your flu shot, practicing good hand hygiene, and avoiding contact with anyone who is unwell. Stay safe and take care of your health this season.
