Over the next 5 weeks we’re going to get you ready to run Dashing Thru The Glow with us in downtown Wilmington! Getting moving starts today!
Week 1 running option:
-Walk 20 mins at moderate intensity pace (heart elevated to where you’re a little short of breath while walking)
-Upper body strength session
-Run/walk for 1 mile
-Optional rest day
-Walk 20 mins at moderate intensity pace
-Lower body strength session
-Optional rest day
Week 1 walking option:
-45 minute walk easy pace
-Upper body strength session
-1.5 mile walk
-Rest day
-Lower body strength session
-20 minute brisk walk or other cardio
