This week I thought we might enjoy spending time with our breath during out Daily Affirmations.

Day 1: The breath is my compass, guiding me home.

“With each inhale, I arrive. With each exhale, I soften.”

Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly. Feel the rise and fall. Let your shoulders drop.
