THIS SATURDAY we welcome spring with rest and renewal in this collaborative workshop to nourish and rebalance the body. The winter months can leave us feeling drained and lethargic, spring is a time for re-energizing.
This workshop will combine restorative yoga poses led by Jessica Reed with acupuncture applied by Paige Doughtery to naturally support our body's own regeneration.
During this session, gentle acupuncture points will be applied while you relax in supported postures, helping your body release tension, improve circulation, and restore balance. This calming practice soothes the central nervous system, melts away stress, and encourages deep relaxation- offering the perfect rest for both mind and body.
