Did you know that ultraviolet (UV) rays from the sun can harm your eyes just like they damage your skin? Prolonged exposure has been linked to conditions like cataracts, macular degeneration, and even growths on the eye.

The good news? Protecting your vision is simple!
This , we're offering a few tips to help you defend your eyes as you spend more time outdoors this season:

🕶️ Wear sunglasses that block 100% of UVA and UVB rays.
🧢 Add a wide-brimmed hat for extra protection.
🌤️ Don’t be fooled by cloudy days! UV rays still get through, and sunglasses are still recommended.
