Many of our team members recently hosted a school supply drive to support the students in our community schools. We appreciate the participation from both our staff and patients to ensure that our local students have a successful school year. Today we had the honor of celebrating her as the 2025 Q2 Patient Experience Innovator Winner for the Coastal Market! Her nominator shares: "Jasmine goes above and beyond with patient experience. She is dedicated to updating our patient experience boards in the lobbies with important seasonal/monthly topics and health advice. She also includes topics such as Hello World and MyChart promotions. Her boards are always outstanding and eye-catching. She receives many compliments. They brighten our waiting areas! Her dedication and creativity deserve recognition."

It was clear from all those who came out to celebrate her today that she makes a difference not only with the patients at our NHPC - Ogden office, but with her coworkers as well. She was surrounded by happy tears, cheers, and clapping heard throughout the building. We appreciate all that you do to engage our patients and your fellow teammates!

Join us at our Novant Health Michael Jordan Family Medical Clinic at the East Wilmington location for a fun COMMUNITY DAY! The event will take place on Wednesday, June 18 from 4-6 PM at 416 N. 30th Street Wilmington, NC 28405.

Bring your family, your friends, and your neighbors to enjoy a bite to eat and some music while you meet our team members and tour the clinic.
