What you need to know about intermittent fasting and why it's so important for your health and longevity.

For centuries, intermittent fasting has been part of human culture and has been greatly successful. Back in the day of hunter and gatherers, we were actually fasting on the days that we didn't catch food, yet we were still strong. disease free, and where exceptional warriors with endless prowess.

Today, Americans are the sickest nation in the world, and we, as a people, are the sickest era of humans. I'm not saying that it was all because we don't generally fast as a way of life but there is certainly an argument to be made and at the very least, it's one of the contributions to our poor health.

There are many different fasting techniques, but intermittent fasting allows you to eat a lot of the same foods you're already eating, but in a small eating window. You'll want to fast for 16 hours and eat in the remaining 8 and space your meals out at least 4 hours apart with no snacking in between. Food choices eventually will matter when you want to take your health to the next level. Once you get acclimated to fasting, you will want to start to add new techniques to your regimen, including food choices. Because when you start to pay attention to how food makes you feel, you will realize what you should and should not be consuming.

There are many way to combat extra pounds, looking puffy, holding onto to belly fat and bad choices. Sometimes you just need help from a professional. How does the Data we receive SHAPE the way WE SEE our HEALTH

Much of what we see and hear on a daily basis can have a major impact on our physce, as well as play a prominent role in shaping the way we view society and all of its nuances, which can certainly be a great tool, especially in our survival sense, but this can also work to our disadvantage because often, the information we decide to take in, generally speaking is one sided, has one agenda or only fits with our narrative, leaving a large void in our ability to process without prejudice, what is really going on, therefore setting ourselves up for almost certain failure, but in the not putting all the pieces together sense of the word.

We all see the world different, and that's OK we are all different people.. But sometimes it makes sense for us to stop and think about what's really going on because when we are as divided as we are in this country today, there is no way we could win as a nation, in fact we are losing as a nation and fallen as a country. We no longer stand together and and we no longer stand for anything and this can be blamed solely on the bu****it that it's being fed to us on a daily basis.

The information on supposedly what is real are mostly fabricated ideas on shall I say, fake news, and if you're not savvy enough, educated enough, too old, too slow or unwilling to change, you will be left behind and left with no choice but to become a victim or better yet, slave to society, the media and whatever paradigm shifting ideas that our scientists and unqualified leaders can come up with.

I am not just an expert on health and wellness But I also have a degree in Journalism with a lot of experience with media and all the variables that go along with it. I understand much more about how we can manipulate the minds of the average American by feeding them information they see fit and valuable. I will go into great detail in this 3 part video series on how the information being spoon fed to us, dictates how we view the world.

WARNING! Disturbing Video

Parents, you're about to watch a helpless child being forcefully held down by her mom, in order to administer the c # # shot.
I personally get the chills and cringe when I watch it. It also makes me very very angry. This behavior is acceptable, but a parent that gets caught beating their child gets a slap on the wrist. This is also child abuse.

This is where the line in the sand should be drawn. This should never be accepted or allowed, not when it's as uncalled for and unnecessary as the flu or c # # shot.
