Our exercise corner is a big part of what we do 💪

We love what we do in the office: adjustments, dry needling, soft tissue work, but that’s honestly just part of it.

What you do outside of the office matters just as much (if not more).

That’s why we spend time going over exercises, giving you lifestyle changes, and making sure you actually feel good doing it on your own.

Because the goal isn’t just to get you feeling better when you’re here…it’s to help you stay better when you leave.

It’s the little things done consistently that make the difference 🙌🏼

Why do we check your muscles, reflexes, and sensations at your first visit?

Because we are not just looking at where it hurts.

Your reflexes help us see how your nervous system is functioning. Muscle tone and strength shows where your body has been compensating. Sensation testing tells us how well everything is communicating in your body.

When we put all of that together with your history and functional assessment, we get a much better picture of what’s actually going on. NOT just the pain, but the root of it.
