Meet our (not so new anymore!) Team Member, Gabby!

Hello! My name is Gabby and I am a Massage Therapist with over five years of experience. I love helping clients reduce stress, relieve pain, and reconnect with their bodies. I offer a range of treatments including relaxation, therapeutic, and deep-tissue massage, as well as cupping, hot stone therapy, and prenatal massage. I completed my massage therapy training at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I have over 2200 hours of training in massage and can’t wait to keep learning more. My goal is to create a calming, supportive space where each session is tailored to your needs—whether you’re seeking relief from chronic tension or simply looking to unwind. In my free time, you can find me reading, hanging with my family, traveling, at amusement parks or at the beach! I can’t wait to meet you!

Introducing our newest team member, Amberly!

Hi, I’m Amberly! I grew up in Eastern NC, where sports shaped my life as a 6ft tall female with three younger brothers. Injuries from sports sparked my early appreciation for bodywork, and massage has been part of my wellness routine since I was 15. I graduated from UNC Wilmington in 2020 with a degree in Exercise Physiology, giving me a strong foundation in human movement and functional performance. My background includes managing a corporate chiropractic practice, participating in diabetes-focused clinical research, and teaching Health and Physical Education to grades K–8. These experiences shaped my patient-centered, individualized approach to care. I earned my massage therapy license from Coastal Carolina Community College and specialize in Swedish, cupping, deep tissue, and sports massage. I enjoy helping clients manage chronic tension, stress, or simply relax. I take a holistic approach to care and strive to create a comfortable environment where clients feel empowered.
