The trip will include a boat cruise and 30 min gentle yoga session with the staff of terra sol. Arrival time is 8:45am. The boat will pick up at the Wildlife Ramp under the intracoastal bridge. Join Katie and Lauryn this Sunday at 4pm to combine ceremonial cacao, restorative yoga, and massage, inviting you to melt into complete bliss.

We start this event with a cacao ceremony, which includes breathwork, meditation, a chance to connect with the group, and a wonderfully delicious hot cacao drink made with oat milk, cinnamon, salt, and honey. Cacao can offer a sense of calm and groundedness, making it a lovely precursor to your restorative yoga class.

Lauryn and Katie will provide a gentle massage and assists in each restorative pose, elevating your yoga practice to the next level. Participants are encouraged to use blocks, bolsters, and blankets to support the body and mind in achieving peace and rest.

This is a multifaceted event, with every detail carefully attended to make it a meaningful and restful experience. It is advised to abstain from alcohol and mind-altering drugs before partaking in cacao. Also, please note that cacao works best on an empty stomach.

We are excited to announce our Spring of Sol schedule! 🌷April 1st - June 30th🌷

As Spring emerges, we move gently from tamas (stillness) into rajas (energy)—more light, a quiet lift in energy, and an invitation to awaken slowly, with care. 

We’ve made a couple of small shifts to the schedule this season. Our Wednesday Flow to Yin class is now a 90-minute practice, a blend of movement and longer-held shapes to help you build and soften. Our Weekly Sound Bath now begins at 6:30pm, creating a cozy space to land in the evening.
