Kat Arnoldy, Ancient Wisdom Healing I am is a Graduate of The Four Winds Healing Light Body School; trained with Alberto Villoldo and Peruvian Shaman masters.

Traveling to the mountains and jungles of Peru I mentored with the medicine healers there. I am a certified Sound/Vibrational healer from the School of Mindfulness & Sound Healing. Working with Sound, Entrainment & Resonance, allows harmony back to the whole body. I am a University of Vermont certified End of Life Doula helping people and their families with the process of transitioning and death

. My passion is to facilitate others in rediscovering their
self-empowerment for improving balance and vitality in their daily lives. Working in partnership with clients, I assist in clearing away the energy of the past allowing for a new direction in one’s life. I utilize a wide variety of Shamanic energy healing, sound vibrational therapy crystals and essential oils, to improve body, mind, emotional and spiritual health. I offer private sessions, classes, and workshops.
