Shopping Days 4U Evolution Energetics
Intergenerational Energy Healing System
Unlocking your true potential. As a result, we feel lighter, healthier and happier.

Evolution Energetics is an intergenerational coaching and energy healing system that reverses the epigenetic damage to the DNA. These changes happen to our genes as a result of environmental trauma. The coaching aspect of the system helps us discover what needs to be healed. We can then use the healing energy to raise the vibrational frequency, which is the foundation of all health. By integrating ancient wisdom and modern science, we unlock the secrets to our healing and highest potential.

About Our Family

I am a Family Life Coach and Educator, as well as a featured expert on DrLaura.com. Through my W.H.O.L.E.™ Family Wellness Approach, I help families find better health, more happiness, and a greater sense of peace. John and I met while working together at the U.S. Attorney’s Office. I was a victim witness specialist. In that role, I counseled traumatized victims of violent crime and helped prepare them to testify in federal trials. It was during this experience that I learned how critical the parental and educational environment is to determining the course of one's life. John and I married in the summer of 2008, and I was blessed to become a stepmom to two boys who accepted me with open arms. I had a strong desire to be part of the solution in the lives of our youth, so I decided to go back to school to acquire my teaching certification. I was a high school English teacher for five years and served as the coordinator for the AVID program at my school. AVID is a program that prepares students who need extra support to be college ready when they graduate. We had high success rates, and I enjoyed deep bonds with my colleagues and students. I had to leave teaching when my son Garrett was born with Choanal Atresia. It is a rare condition in which a baby is born unable to breath through their nose. He had his first surgery at ten days old and his second at six weeks. It is a difficult condition to manage because the nose will re-close after each surgery, but stays open a bit more each time. He is now three and has had five surgeries to date and will need at least one more. At the age of 2 1/2, after his 5th surgery, Garrett developed an auto-immune disease. His doctor prescribed medication, but it wasn't enough. To augment his treatment, we created a holistic program with extra emphasis on whole foods, holistic healing, and time outdoors. We also discovered that he is sensitive to dairy and found ways to get him the nutrients he needed without dairy in his diet. His auto-immune process has now halted. Our journey with our son's illness has been the catalyst for the W.H.O. in the W.H.O.L.E. Family Approach. Our son is spirited and strong-willed, but he is also sensitive. We have been told many times that he will make a great leader someday, and we've always thought "That's great, but we need help NOW!" Learning to parent consciously, recognizing our son's need to express himself without crushing his spirit while also setting limits has been the catalyst for the L and the E: cultivating self love, love for others, and healthy empathy. What our journey has reinforced for us is that we have an incredible opportunity as parents to raise children who can bring more health, happiness, and peace to our human family. However, we can only do that if we put our oxygen mask on first. Now our passion is supporting parents in finding their oxygen masks so that we can collectively breathe life into the next generation.Qualifications:
