1️⃣ or 2️⃣? Which by would you make?❤️

1️⃣Grated Egg Avocado Toast is such a fun and satisfying breakfast, and it’s oh so good. Hard-boiled eggs, grated over the top of mashed avocado, sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan, chives, salt, pepper, and chili onion crunch - it’s definitely a must-try combo!

Ingredients:
- 2 slices sourdough
- 1 small avocado
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
- A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp finely chopped chives
- Salt flakes + pepper to taste
- Chili onion crunch
- Olive oil for toasting the bread

Boil the eggs for 11 minutes. Meanwhile, mash the avocado and add a squeeze of lemon juice + salt. Remove the eggs from heat and transfer them into an ice bath. Let them cool for 10 minutes. Toast up the bread in a pan coated with olive oil and follow the directions as shown in the video. Best enjoyed immediately ❤️

2️⃣ Friday Mood: Summer Avocado Toast with Peach and Burrata 🍑🥑🍞😍
Use lots of olive oil and salt flakes for this toast, and thank me later!🥰
Ingredients:
- Fresh Sourdough bread
- Avocado
- Fresh Burrata
- Peach
- Olive oil
- Salt flakes
- Pepper

Instructions:
Slice the bread. Add olive oil to a pan and toast your bread slightly. Spread the bread with avocado, sliced peach, and Burrata chunks.
Drizzle the toast with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Enjoy!

If you are struggling with meal inspo or to kick your daily bloating, try using this formula for your next lunch⬇️⬇️

Step 1: Choose your carbohydrates
👉🏻 e.g. Rice, sourdough, rice cakes or gluten free bread

Step 2: Add your protein
👉🏻 e.g. Salmon, tuna, chicken, eggs or firm tofu

Step 3: Add your vegetables & colour
👉🏻 e.g. carrots, 1/3 cup bell peppers, lettuce, spinach, cucumber, 1/2 tomato

Step 4: Add your fats & flavours
👉🏻 e.g. green spring onions, mayonnaise, mustard, cheese, avocado (30g)
