Truth and pleasure symbolize freedom with hip flexibility and flowing energy.
Energetically, the hips are associated with both throat and sacral chakras. They connect to the Spiritual Laws of Detachment and Least Effort which means you need to let go and go with the flow.
Anatomically, the lordotic curve in the lumbar spine mirrors the cervical spine. Both upper and lower body mobility are connected to the hips through a complex series of muscles, tendons and ligaments. When in balance, not only do you feel strong and powerful, but fluid and at ease.
