It has been nonstop travel this summer and I am feeling proud of myself for making it through and showing up, and now I am craving some down time and being grounded. If I haven’t been available I am sorry! Please reach out to me!

This weekend begins a new format of the Kunga Yoga School’s 200 hour training at Purple Blossom Yoga Studio in Greenville NC. We start this Friday Aug 23rd if you’re feeling the call- learn more here :

Friday at 2pm I’ll join my friends Gershone Hendelberg and Gina Minyard for their Kirtan at 2pm, with support from our friends HuDost!
Friday 6-730pm I’ll partner with my friend Stephen Patrick Diesel who will DJ for our Twerkshop- come dance and get loose with us 💥
Saturday aug 31 I’ll join the lovely Tara Eschenroeder of Great Abiding Yoga, LLC to play mantra music for her Yoga class- The Poetry of Yoga- 1-215pm

Sept 27-29 I’ll lead the Kunga Restorative Yoga teacher training, with workshops open to the public at In Balance Yoga in Blacksburg Va:
💙Fri sept 27: 6-9pm: “Rest to Manifest”:live music restorative yoga for all populations, with contemplative meditation
💙Sat sept 28: 2-5pm: reatorative yoga with yoga nidra meditation
💙Sun sept 29: 1-4pm: reatorative yoga for therapeutically-oriented populations
