Join us every on Tuesdays for a healing meditative Sound Bath. Immerse yourself in a symphony of healing sounds. A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you lie down and allow yourself to be bathed in calming vibration from instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes etc.... These sounds create a resonant field that can help to: Reduce stress and anxiety, deepen relaxation and promote sleep, boost your mood and increase feelings of well-being, release emotional blockages, increase focus and clarity. No prior experience is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to be guided by the soothing sounds. PLEASE BRING: A yoga mat or pillow for your comfort (We have a few in house to use if you do not have one) We can not wait to take you on a sound journey!
