BeConnected is a heart-centered $8 community yoga class designed to deepen connection through shared breath, mindful movement, and supportive partner poses. Guided by Tiffany Chalmers, this playful yet grounding experience invites you to explore trust, communication, and presence—both within yourself and with others.
You’ll move through gentle flows, assisted stretches, and interactive postures that cultivate balance, openness, and emotional connection. Come with a friend, a partner, or family member…No partner yoga experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to connect.
