We had the pleasure this week of hearing from Jennifer Olsen, who spent the past 4 months working alongside our Clinical Director on her capstone project.

Jenn has also worked as a caregiver with our team, bringing real, hands-on experience into her work. Her project focused on fall prevention strategies that go beyond standard home modifications, strengthening caregiver knowledge, confidence, and real-world decision-making.

We’re excited to begin implementing the materials and training she developed directly with our current staff as we continue to raise our standards around fall risk prevention and client safety.

We’re proud to support work like this that directly improves the quality of care we provide every day.
