🚨 MEET THE TEAM 🚨
Originally from Goochland Virginia, Tyler moved to Wilmington in August of 2024. Tyler has been weightlifting consistently since 2010 where he started competing in powerlifting at 9-years old. Achieving four youth world records by 18, and enjoying multiple team sports inbetween.
Tyler then got sponsored into America’s Strongest Teen in 2018 where he placed 3rd in the US and first in his class. Then switching gears the following year his college football experience where he played offensive-line and started his personal studies on injury rehab and prevention.
Due to concussion protocol Tyler had to end his 11-year football career early and focused on getting his health back. Losing over 100 pounds and getting NASM certified as a personal trainer, and Strength and Conditioning Coach. Tyler now at 24, has a main goal of living happy and healthy, and in the pursuit of helping others do the same!
