CEO, Damien McDonald, and Michele Pressacco, Vice President, Global Surgical New Product Development, recently visited Wellington College in the U.K. to speak with students about pathways, our pioneering personalized 3D-printing implant technology and how AI is driving the future of mobility MedTech.
Hosted by the Wellington College Biomedical Society, the session gave students the opportunity to explore real-world MedTech careers, ask questions, and learn how advanced, clinically differentiated solutions are transforming patient outcomes and restoring motion for life.

📍Our Mexico team delivered $35,780 pesos worth of food, cleaning supplies, and personal hygiene essentials to Pequeño Mundo Especial, supporting children with disabilities and families with limited resources through an initiative led by the EHS and EGX teams with strong employee participation.
📍Our Carlsbad, California team hosted a spring cleaning donation drive and collected over 25 bags of clothing, shoes, diapers, and wipes, filling a full truck bed to support Solutions for Change.
📍Our Italy team organized blood donation efforts that contributed to critical needs for surgeries, cancer treatment, chronic illnesses, and injury care, making a meaningful impact within the community.
