WHO WE ARE:

Cape Fear Clinic is a charitable clinic with on-site medical, pharmacy, and mental health services. We serve adults in New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender, and Columbus counties who have Medicaid or who are uninsured and have incomes of no more than 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. In 2018, we will begin serving pediatric patients as well.

The majority of our patients are the working poor, who receive no health insurance benefits through their employers and who do not make enough money to qualify for health insurance subsidies through the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
