Unfortunately at the end of the month we will be temporarily suspending physical therapy services. We will continue to offer chiropractic care with corrective exercises.

Here is the reason we tell you not to sleep on your stomach.
-Unless you’ve figured out how to breathe through your pillow, you need to turn your head to the side to sleep. That puts your head and spine out of alignment and can cause problems over time.
-Sleeping on you stomach places more strain on your back and spine. This is due to the fact that most of a persons weight is in the middle of their body making difficult to maintain a neutral spine while sleeping.
