I help children, adolescents, and adults who are having difficulty with adjustments or have experienced trauma by providing mindfulness based and trauma focused cognitive therapy with presence, acceptance, and compassion.
I also help parents and families who struggle to understand and connect with their children by providing parenting coaching that is positive, goal-oriented, and easily applicable with your children.
I also provide opportunities for small group yoga and meditation for individuals who may have been apprehensive about trying classes before; as well as yoga specific for mental health and continuing education classes.
