🌅 From the Ashes, We Rise — A Weekend Reflection + A Climb for Change
This past weekend at the Duplin County Community Baby Shower, I was reminded just how full circle this journey has been. I wasn’t just there as a therapist, advocate, or PSI board member—I was there as a mom. With my girls by my side, watching “Mommy’s work” come to life, it felt deeply grounding and soul-stirring.
We had heartfelt conversations about postpartum healing, pregnancy loss, and what it means to be seen in the often-invisible spaces of motherhood. The table wasn’t just filled with flyers—it was filled with purpose, presence, and permission to be real.
As we enter , I’m participating in Postpartum Support International’s Climb, walking in honor of every birthing person who has ever felt lost in the fog. I’ll be sharing more about this soon—including ways you can donate or join.
And this weekend, I’ll be continuing the advocacy at the Flourish and Flock Together event in Hope Mills. If you're local, stop by. The conversations matter—and so do you.
