HEALING & HOPE

The mission of the Wilmington Substance Abuse Coalition is to address the rising problem of substance abuse in our community by providing prevention, education, and support, as an effort to promote healthy and responsible behavior and provide skills for better decision making as it relates to substance use. The focus of the WSAC is to work with the community and other partners to deliver strategies and activities related to use.

SPREAD AWARENESS: If you’re interested in spreading awareness about the severity and impact, in a subtle but impactful way, reach out to Samantha Reif @ 978-694-2064 or Mike Burns @ 508-574-7897. These signs are available for a donation suggestion of $10.00.

Throughout Wilmington there are various groups and departments which support the coalition with time, efforts, and finances. Some include Wilmington HS Student Clubs, Wilmington Rotary Club, Wilmington Sons of Italy, Wilmington/Tewksbury Chamber of Commerce, Wilmington Police, Wilmington Fire/EMT, Board of Health, Public School System, local churches, and many others. If you are interested in supporting WSAC in any way possible to you, please contact Samantha Reif @ 978-694-2064 or sreif@wpd.org.
