Trend Alert!
Those PY beanies pair perfectly over top of your post workout hair, and fur thrown over sweaty gym clothes.
Topped off with the ultra range vans because you don’t care about your metcon time enough to buy those ugly sneakers. And of course the high enough sock to keep people wondering how old you really are.

This look is great for school drop offs with a mug that spills coffee all over your car, because we don’t mess with those traveler tumblers.

What type of energy this look is giving? 👇🏼

The funniest part of our Delaware Team Party— everyone was excited to actually see Jamye in person. My right hand woman for about a decade, they talk to her all the time but they’ve never met her in real life.
Please see the last photo for the Courtney GI Joe I was gifted from Jamye’s husband because I’m “a bad bitch and need it” 😆
So incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. Thank you for allowing us to take over. We missed you .depersia !

For the life of me I cannot remember where I read it, but it was years ago and it’s stuck with me. I read that resolutions are to resolve a problem and often have a negative connotation — quit sugar, cut calories, lose weight, quit drinking. They went on to say if we add a small, attainable positive to our new year it sets a completely different tone.

For years I wrote every morning before the sun came up. I fell out of it when it wasn’t fulfilling anymore and felt like a chore. But the book I read recently had a writing component, and it felt good to write again.

For 2026 I wanted to add writing back into my mornings and I stumbled upon this gratitude journal. I chose it because:

1. You write the date at the top of each page. I’m all or nothing, so this took the pressure off of writing every single day.

2. Each day has new set of prompts. And they’re simple.

3. It really is just 5 minutes.

“Every now and then it’s good to stop climbing and appreciate the view from right where you are.”

Happy New Year!

Today was my 100th class !
Feeling so lucky that Jeremy forced me to come to his class in 2024. He told me I would love it, and he was absolutely right. It felt only right to celebrate my 100th class with him 🤍
Here are my three favorite moves, but I love a lot of them. Especially when they make me feel like a ballerina.

Her Happy Hour hosted by the amazing did not disappoint! + I traveled down to Honey Bee Barn at Hopkins Heartland to spend an afternoon with the most creative women in the area.
The food was yummy (and thoughtfully prepared with plenty of GF options!) Drinks by were on point. Wreath making with tested my patience, but I completed the task with a minimalist look.
Thank you for a beautiful afternoon!
