Congratulations to our June Team Member of the Month, Martin Pureco! 🎉
As Project Manager for the Call Center Team, Martin plays a key role in making sure our patients get the support they need from the very first call. From scheduling and coaching to quality assurance, he helps lead a team that keeps Westside running smoothly behind the scenes. đź‘Ź
Martin started in 2020 as a call center agent partnered with Westside, offering COVID-19 vaccine outreach calls. Over the past five years, he’s grown alongside the partnership, taking on inbound calls, scheduling, outreach efforts, and collaborating across departments to improve patient care.
🗣️ “What I enjoy most about my job is the daily challenges we face being on the front line,” Martin says. “Even though I work remotely, I still have the chance to make a positive impact in people’s lives. It’s a great work environment where I feel supported by other departments, and it’s truly rewarding to know that all the effort I’ve put in hasn’t gone unnoticed.”
