I had the best time the past 2 days with these extraordinary humans! Last year, SEAHEC partnered with New Hanover County Public Health to sponsor my customized attachment-informed EMDR training for their mental health therapists. We have spent a combined 4 days together practicing EMDR interventions. What an honor it has been to pilot this comprehensive training with them, and boy, did they WOW me! Through creativity, lots of laughter, and even some tears, we all stretched our vulnerability muscles to get inspired and grow personally and professionally. Thank you so much for this incredible opportunity to expand my wings with you 🩷
