Welcome Ward and Hazel Newcomb to Brightmore! ❤️
Ward’s career spanned graphic arts, manufacturing, and entrepreneurship, while Hazel devoted her life to nursing, earning Nurse of the Year honors along the way.

Their story began with a soda shop dance in Charlotte, leading to a lifelong partnership, three sons, and three grandsons. Today, they love their Brightmore home — especially Hazel’s porch, perfect for enjoying nature and peaceful moments. 🌳💛

What an incredible day at Brightmore of Wilmington’s Open House! ✨

We were thrilled to welcome 37 prospective residents and families to experience all that our community has to offer. Guests enjoyed guided tours throughout the community, explored several of our beautiful floor plans, and savored light refreshments along the way.

It was a wonderful opportunity to connect, answer questions, and showcase the vibrant lifestyle that makes Brightmore of Wilmington so special!
