Beach Bash 21 is in the history books! We had 10 players join in on the pace Matchplay fun‼️

We played 7 initial rounds with our target score set to 24 points! One player left after the 7 initial rounds and 3 players were eliminated as the cut off jumped up 7 more points for round 8! As each round progressed and each cut off line jumped up 7 more points we made it to round 14 with the target score being 70 points. It came down to Sean T vs Michael M on Argosy to declare our Beach Bash Champion. After the dust settled Sean T was able to fend off Michael to secure the Beach Bash 21 Trophy !

Friday Night we held our finals event for our Go Away Winter League! This is the last league we will be running until Summer time as we are taking a few weeks break from our Friday nights.

We took the top 12 seeded players into a group elimination finals bracket. Top 4 seeds received a bye as seeds 5-12 duked it our for three games of play with PAPA scoring. The top two players from each group then moved on into the semifinals where our top 4 seeds joined in on the fun! After three games we had a tie breaker between Luke F and Jai S to fill the 4th and final spot in the finals. After a long game on Iron Maiden Jai S secured his win and filled out the 4th and final seed in the top 4.

Our final 4 consisted of Matthew W, Sean T, Charlie W, and Jai S. After three final games were played on Deadpool, Monaco, and Pulp Fiction we were left with another tie for the win between Matthew W and Sean T. Old Chicago was the tie breaking game and Matthew reigned supreme to become the Go Away Winter league Grand Champion!

Huge shoutout to Liam Bradley for having such great success with his Project Pinball Campaign!

Backyard Arcade supports our local Bradley brothers, Liam and Miles, as they travel the country and play in some of the biggest and most difficult pinball tournaments around the country! These guys are no joke and we are so happy to support and sponsor their pinball journey!

They played in INDISC (It Never Drains In Southern California) 2026 this past weekend where Liam Qualified for the A finals bracket and Miles ended up finishing 4th in the B division bracket!

Check these guys out next at the Triangle Pinball League in Raleigh, NC as well as Past Times Mega Matchplay in Gerard, OH!

‼️New changes coming to Beach Bash’s. ‼️
Beach Bash will now be hosted EVERY OTHER month. Entry fee has been reduced to $2 per person to join plus coin drop. Lunch is no longer included so pack some snacks and bring some lunch to keep you fueled. Major Prizes and trophies will still be given away to our lucky winners and Grand Champions moving forward.

Doors open at 11am for practice and tournament begins promptly at 12pm.

6 weeks of league qualifying is in the past! Tomorrow is the day where our top 12 seeds duke it out to see who will become our Go Away Winter League Champion.

We will have a fun side tournament for those who show up who are not in the top 12. If you are in seeds 13-16 be ready to become an alternate just in case someone in the top 12 does not show.

Week 6 of league we had 24 players in attendance with two brand new players, JoAnn and Courtney, who played with us for the first time. After 5 games our top flippers of the night were Sean T and Anthony P who both ended with 31 points a piece. Following the leaders up closely was Dalton H and Chris R who both ended with 29 points on the night. Alex B followed the guys up and ended her night with a nice 27 points. Closing out the top flippers group we have Brett V and Jai S who both ended with 25 points on the evening!

League finals this Friday at 7pm. Beach Bash 21 is this Saturday at 12, only $2 entry fee for this months Beach Bash!

Yesterday we had our Under 18 youth tournament. With 8 in attendance we had a perfect 2 groups of 4 and the whole back room to ourselves! We played on Monaco, Jaws, Stranger Things, Funhouse, Hurricane, Magic, Deadpool, Old Chicago, and White Water! I think the groups favorites consisted of Stranger Things, Jaws, and Monaco!

After 5 rounds of Matchplay and after everyone won some special prizes we had a special outcome! A tie for 1st place between Finnleigh and Thora! The girls chose collectively to play on Deadpool and even agreed on their own player orders. It was a close back and forth fight up until the end of ball 3 where Thora ended up on top and became the U18 February Champion!

Week 5 was a great showing from everyone and it helped that it also felt like a preview to summer!
We had 21 players total and we also welcomed 4 brand new players into the fun! Welcome Ben, Kaleigh, Caitlyn, and Wendy!

Our top flipper of the evening was Luke, ending with 33 points for an almost perfect night! Our top flipper runner up goes out to our new player Ben, who put up an impressive 32 points on the night. Close on Ben’s heals was Noah who ended with 29 points and Jeffery with 26 points! Rounding out the top flippers group was Anthony who ended with a nice 25 points on the evening.

Great playing by everyone! Remember we have one week left to finalize your seeds for our A and B division finals!

This FREE under 18 pinball tournament will be this Sunday 2/22/2026 at 1pm.

Doors open at 12pm
Register by 12:50pm
Tournament starts at 1pm

Free popcorn and water will be available

All participants will leave with a prize and we have a special medal for the 1st place player.

All ages under 18 are welcome! Let’s learn how to play pinball together!

Here is your weekly pinball league update!

We had 15 players join in on the Friday night fun, flipping it out for some weekly bragging rights. At the top where our top flippers reside we had a tie between Noah G and Matthew W who both ended with an impressive 29 points a piece. Bryan R was close on their heels ending his night with 26 points! Rounding out the top flippers group we had John H and Luke F who ended their nights with 25 points. Great playing y’all!

We are back at it this Friday 2/20 at 7pm!

Anyone can enter! All ages and skill levels are welcome. $2 Entry fee per person plus coin drop for about 2-3 hours so social fun!

Come out and play some split flipper pinball, or also known as divorce pinball Monday Feb 16th at 7pm to support a great cause. Registration starts at 6:30pm. This is a Charity pinball tournament ran by . Proceeds benefit St. Baldrick’s child cancer research.

-$25 per team/couple ($15 to go to charity and $10 to go to cash prizes for top 3 teams)
