Backyard Arcade November Stern Army Monthly Monday results are in!
Our format was a max Matchplay event which pitted each player against one another until everyone has played one game against every other tournament participant. Another fancy name for a Round Robin.

With 15 players showing up for a Monday night each player got to play 14 games against the other opponents. We then took the top 4 into a single game group Matchplay final. Top Seeded qualifier, Michael M got to choose game choice of Star Wars and the remaining seeded players got to choose player position. Some great scores were put on Star Wars on the first two balls and that’s when things got serious. Paul K ended his third ball around 131 Million points giving the other players a target score to beat. Michael M ended his third ball clearing 131 Million and ending with 715 Million. Sean T following player 1 and 2 had some work to do starting his third ball at only 63 Million, but with some white knuckle action and a danger or two Sean ended his third ball at just shy of 1.1 Billion points taking the lead. Jay S was player 4 and started his ball around 170 Million and finished in 3rd on the day ending at 307 million points.

Congrats to Sean for taking home the GC turkey trophy! Congratulations to Anthony P for being our translite drawing winner and getting to add a sick Bond translite to his collection!

We are back in the pinball action this Friday at 7pm for week 3 of our end of year league. Then turning right around at 11am Saturday we host Beach Bash 18!

Week 2 of our End of Year Friday night Pinball league is now in the past! 17 flipper showed out Friday night for 5 games of league Matchplay. We also welcomed a brand new flipper, Casey, into the fun world of pinball!

After 5 games of Matchplay had ended we were left with some updated series standings, moving players all around the standings ladder. Our top flipper of the night was Sean T who ended his night with 31 points. Michael M finished 2nd with 29 points. Chris R had a nice night ending in third with 27 points. And we had a 3-way tie for 4th with Lauren R, Dale B, and Kristen K who all ended with 26 points on the evening. Everyone has been playing great and Catherine competition just keeps getting better and better!

We look forward to every Friday night with y’all!

Each week we are here at 7pm for league play, all players, all ages and all skill levels are welcome to join the fun.

Entry fee for week 3 is $2 OR at least 2 non perishable food items to donate to our local food drive!

Tonight is our Monthly Monday Matchplay tournament!

7pm start time with registration starting around 6pm.

Our format this evening is Max Matchplay. Which is a head to head style round robin tournament. Players will play against each participating player one time for our qualifying portion, and we will be taking the top 4 for a 1 game Matchplay final!

Mark your calendars for this Sunday 11/16 at 1pm. It’s time for our monthly Youth Pinball tournament. All players under 18 get FREE entry and free gameplay! We will have prizes for all participants and a special trophy for the Winner! We have free popcorn all day!

Feel free to bring some snacks along with you if popcorn doesn’t fit your style!
We have beverages for adults and soft drinks for the kiddos!

Register your players by 12:45pm!
Tournament start time: 1pm sharp

We are back at it with our Friday night Leagues!

This past Friday marked week 1 of our End of year League!
We hosted 17 pinballers who were all paired up in week 1 based off previous IFPA rankings. Existing players played with existing players, and new players played with newer players.

We also welcomed a brand new Medieval Madness Merlin Edition into the lineup! Each group got their chance to defeat some trolls!

After all groups played their 5 games and all the after ball bonuses were totaled up, here are your top flippers on the evening. Sean T was our top flipper of the evening ending his night with 27 points. Close behind we had a tie for second with Eric S and Melissa B who both ended their nights with 26 points. And then we had a 3-way tie for 4th with Chris R, Abigail P, and Anthony P who all ended with a solid 23 points each. Great flipping y’all!

We are back at it this Friday, November 14th at 7pm. All ages and skill levels are welcome so grab some friends, grab your family and let’s get flipping together!

We have partnered with this month to help local families in need this holiday season.

If you have any non-perishable items like canned soups and vegetables, shelf-stable milk & baby formula, rice, pasta, cereals, peanut butter, or canned proteins please bring them by the shop and drop your items in the purple box posted at the front of our store!

Starting back up this Friday, 11/7/2025 at 7pm, will be Week 1 of our Backyard Arcade End of Year Friday Night Pinball League!
This league is open to all players and all skill levels. Come out to compete or just come out to have a drink and some laughs with us. Either way we cannot wait to have you.

This will be a 6 week league. Best 5 weeks are kept towards your finals seeding. We encourage your to show up to at least 3 events for you to have a chance at a finals position as well as receiving your IFPA credit.

$2 entry fee plus coin drop for 5 games (About $7 per person)

We will have trophies for the Top 4 at the end of our finals event held on December 19th.

Free popcorn bar weekly to fuel that pinball hunger.

For our players over 21 years of age we carry a selection of Beer, Wine, and 🍃 infused beverages to quench your pinball thirst.

Happy Halloween from the Coastal H**p and Backyard Arcade crew!

As a reminder we will be closing at 7pm tonight and we will not be holding league this evening. Week 1 of our End of Year Friday Night League resumes next Friday; November 7th at 7pm. $2 Entry fee plus coin drop. About $7 total per person for 2-3 hours of fun!
